Leadership Collective Identity

Offering executive training for the business of creative thinking, The Leadership Collective consists of some of the most influential creative minds in the world. To represent them we created an identity that brought 4 ‘L’s’ together in a Op-Art style. The shape changes its composition to the eye depending on where one focuses, a corollary for the thinking the organization provides. The identity adapts its color palette to the companies it works with.
